RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At W R E N, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
